After working in top kitchens across Europe and some of the best restaurants in Melbourne, including Vue de Monde and as Head Chef at No35 Sofitel, Rony now blends his fine dining expertise with a deep commitment to kosher, halal, vegetarian, and vegan dining—ensuring a diverse and inclusive culinary experience for all.
Driven by a lifelong dream, Rony created Shelanous as a space where food, music, emotion, and storytelling come together in a multi-sensory experience unlike any other.
