
Pierre Khodja is an Algerian-born chef, trained in France and the UK and based in Australia for the last twenty years. He has worked at award-winning restaurants, collecting Michelin Stars, AA Rosettes and Age Good Food Guide Hats throughout his career, and brings elements of his home in Algeria to his classically trained technique. Some of his recent projects have included Camus restaurant in Northcote, the Flinders Hotel on the Mornington Peninsula and consultation for various Melbourne restaurants. He has three daughters, three granddaughters and a never-ending passion for good food.
