
Natalie is currently the Chief Executive Officer of Oliver’s Real Food, bringing over 15 years of experience in the health and food service sector. She holds a Bachelor of Nutrition and Dietetics from The University of Newcastle, Australia, and has a keen interest in health technology innovation.
In 2022, Natalie co-founded Prepit, a food management software that generates nutrition information panels in compliance with the Food Standards Code. Additionally, last year she spearheaded the launch of Australia’s first conversational AI drive-thru at Oliver’s, integrating Prepit to deliver real-time nutrition information to customers.
