With experience spanning over 25 years Leo has successfully operated, supported and led renowned brands across various customer-focused sectors in Australia and the United Kingdom.  

He is proud to have worked at every level of the industry he loves, holding various roles, starting as a waiter whilst still at school and working his way up to restaurant and venue manager in a short space of time.

Ultimately though Leo found his niche and passion in helping operators thrive within multi-site and national operations.  Leo has worked with global brands such as Nandos and Chatime, and most recently in the high end restaurant and hotel industry as Operations Director for Marco Pierre White Restaurants in the UK.

He has a proven track record for building strong teams and turning businesses around .

As the founder of Toast Hospitality Consulting, Leo  provides fractional Hospitality expertise to the industry.

Additionally he has joined The  Hospitality Company out of NZ, providing Specialist Hospitality business coaching for Australia,United Kingdom and Ireland.
