
Brian is a Former Military Officer and Pilot with 31 years of experience across the RAF, British Army and Australian Navy. He has a diverse operational and combat background, and aligned with this, he has developed leadership, management and communications skills that allow him to lead, mentor and foster high functioning teams in complex environments.
He holds a Master’s degree in Management and Leadership, and he is an IECL accredited Leadership Coach. He regularly conducts leadership development workshops across all industries, ranging from Aviation, The Resource Sector, and the Hospitality Industry.
Brian also holds a Cordon Bleu Master’s Degree in Gastronomy. His Master’s Thesis was an investigation into the effect of the media on restaurants in 21st Century Sydney, with a global and historical analysis. In this capacity he is a restaurant Critic, Judge and Industry Consultant.
