
Allan Forsdick is a Director at leading food and hospitality consultancy, Future Food. Before moving into consultancy nine years ago, Allan built an impressive career within the hospitality industry, earning early recognition for his achievements. In 2005, under his management, Awaroa Lodge won the New Zealand Tourism Award in the Innovation in Eco-Tourism category, and in 2007 the property was nominated for a Green Ribbon Award by the Ministry for the Environment, New Zealand.
Today, Allan is an experienced professional, delivering comprehensive food and hospitality consultancy services, concept development, and intellectual property solutions across a broad range of industry sectors. His expertise includes food and beverage masterplanning for towns and precincts, as well as F&B Strategy in airports, hotels, clubs, shopping centres, sports venues and stadiums, wineries, universities, leisure and entertainment precincts, mixed-use developments, and corporate projects.
