As CEO of Chatime Global, Carlos leads the strategic growth and global operations of one of the world’s most recognizable bubble tea brands, overseeing markets across 30 plus international franchise territories.
Known for guiding businesses through critical periods of transformation, Carlos has a proven track record in future-proofing organizations and driving significant revenue and profit growth. His leadership style is collaborative and results-oriented, with deep expertise in strategy development and execution, P&L performance, brand and marketing management, and stakeholder engagement.
Prior to his current role, Carlos served in executive and senior leadership roles at Nando’s Australia, Gelatissimo, and Greater Eastern Food Collective. His earlier experience in advertising with firms such as Clemenger BBDO and Leo Burnett Melbourne honed his skills in brand building and customer engagement.
