Registration Policy & Terms Of Entry
Foodservice Australia, Pizza Pasta & Italian Food Show, Commercial Kitchen Show and Restaurant Technology Show and associated networking activities are official events of Foodservice & Hospitality Week (Shows), organised by National Media. The following conditions of entry apply to all of these events.
- TRADE SHOW: Show access is restricted to foodservice and hospitality industry personnel only. Proof of industry affiliation may be requested at badge collection or at any of the entry points. If you are not affiliated with the foodservice and hospitality industry, the Organiser has the right to cancel your registration and provide a refund.
- DRESS: Dress attire to the event is Business or Smart Casual with appropriate footwear. No thongs allowed.
- AGE: All attendees MUST be 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. No exceptions will be made. This policy includes all minors, including toddlers and children. NO EXCEPTIONS.
- BADGES: Badges are non-transferable and non-refundable. Badge reprints will cost $99. Please make sure all information is accurate. Your attendee badge provides access to the Show floor only during official Show hours.
- SOLICITING/SUITCASING: Soliciting/suitcasing (including employment) at any event held during Foodservice & Hospitality Week is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply with these rules may result in expulsion from the Show and forfeiture of Show badge and monies paid.
- CONSENT: By attending the Shows in-person, you automatically consent to the Organiser using event photography and video in which you may appear for future marketing or promotional purposes
- STUDENTS: Students enrolled in a relevant course at a tertiary level may attend the show if they have the appropriate student identity card.
- REGISTRATION DATA: The organisers will record your details in a secure database in order to produce a badge, generate statistics and to contact you via mail, email, SMS or social media channels with information about this event and future National Media events. Some exhibitors are equipped with scanning devices at the show, by allowing your badge to be scanned by individual exhibitors during the show, you agree to being communicated to by the individual exhibitor via mail, email or SMS.
- CHANGES TO THE PROGRAM: The Organiser reserves the right to change or cancel any portion of the program without prior notice and cannot be held responsible for exhibitors or presenters that may drop out of the event. The Organiser reserves the right to change, cancel or reschedule any event without notification due to unforeseen circumstances.
Refunds & Cancellations
All transactions are final. No refunds are permitted, except where required by relevant legislation/regulations.
- In the case of event cancellation, a full refund will be offered in-line with Australian consumer law.
- In the case of event postponement, your ticket will be transferred and valid for the rescheduled event. If you are unable to attend the rescheduled event a full refund will be offered
- Should a speaker or guest not appear at the event for any reason, tickets to the Events are non-refundable.
