About Foodservice Australia
Foodservice Australia is the premier event for the foodservice and hospitality industry in Australia. Whether you’re involved in restaurants and cafes, institutional foodservice, catering, distribution, wholesale, or supply, Foodservice Australia is where you’ll find the most comprehensive range of ingredients, equipment, solutions, innovations, and technology.
In 2025 Foodservice Australia takes place during Foodservice and Hospitality Week, an event which brings together the entire culinary ecosystem and features 3 additional events, Pizza Pasta & Italian Food, Commercial Kitchen Show, and Restaurant Technology Show. Your ticket to Foodservice Australia will give you access to all 4 shows taking part across Food & Hospitality Week.

Foodservice Australia is designed for professionals from all sectors of the foodservice industry. Whether you’re involved in restaurants, cafes, institutional foodservice, catering, distribution, or wholesale, Foodservice Australia. It also welcomes those involved in contract catering and institutional foodservice, such as aged care, schools, the military, and corporate catering. Additionally, food manufacturers, distributors, and wholesalers will find immense value in attending.

What time does registration open?
The registration counter opens from 9:30am
Will I need to bring identification with me?
Yes. Proof of industry involvement may be requested at the registration counters or the entrance.
You may be required to present necessary trade credentials (listed below):
• Business Registration Certificate
• ABN registration form/certificate
• ABN printed on a company letterhead or business card
• Letter on company letterhead confirming your employment by the owner/director
• Business Card
Do I need to pre-register for seminars?
No. Although while we will endeavour to provide ample seating, popular sessions will fill early and seating is allocated on a first-come, first-serve basis.
What is the dress code?
Dress attire to the event is Business or Smart Casual with appropriate footwear. No thongs allowed
Do I need a visa for Australia?
Most international visitors will require a Visa to enter Australia. Applications need to be made well in advance at the Australian Consulate in your own country or in some cases can be made online. It is not our company’s policy to provide invitation letters to visitors wishing to attend our shows. For more information on applying for a Visa visit the Department of Immigration website.
