As a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Food Science & Technology (FAIFST) and a Member of Environmental Health Australia (MEHA), Justin remains passionate about pioneering advancements in the food industry and fostering a culture of excellence.

As the National Manager of Assurance and Reporting, Justin has led significant transformations in food safety and risk management. He has been instrumental in achieving holistic certification to International Standards (ISO) for Quality, Safety, and Environment (QSE)—a testament to Compass Group’s commitment to best practices. His work focuses on engineering out risks and simplifying safety approaches, ensuring that quality and safety are seamlessly integrated into daily operations through Safe Work Service Procedures (SWSPs) and Pictorial Work Instructions (PWIs).
